Some Frequently Asked Questions
Q. With reference to your degree courses, how are they completed at home? A. All you need is a PC or laptop, and access to the internet, to complete our courses. Course modules are in MS Word format, and are easily downloaded to your computer. Students simply fill in the spaces on each module, with their course assignments (saving their work as they go along). Once each, or all of the modules have been completed, they use a drop-box in the course download area, to return the finished module(s) back to us. It's as easy as that! Q. I want to apply for the fast-track credits. I already have a 120 hour TEFL certificate and teaching experience, do I send this information to you by email? A. Students send a copy (or pic) of their previous certification and current CV, using the drop-box in the course download area, when they start the course. As soon as we receive these, the fast-track credits are awarded to your student account. Q. If I have some questions about a particular course assignment, is there someone I can contact to help me? A. We have a large team of Student Advisers, who are there to help you, 7 days a week. You would simply send us an email with your question, and one of our advisers will be in touch, usually within an hour or so. Most of the coursework is easy to follow, but we are here to help our students, should they get stuck! Q. Should I submit completed modules, as and when I finish them, or should I wait until all my modules have been completed, before I submit them? A. The choice is yours! As long as you don't submit modules that are not fully completed, you can choose to send them individually, when you have finished them, or wait until all modules are completed. Grading is not done until all modules have been returned completed, however, our Student Advisers will always complete a cursory check of the work, to make sure everything is in order, before the full coursework is sent for grading. If they find something that needs attention, they will let you know straight away, so that you can correct it. More FAQ's can be found by Clicking Here |
